no loss

So I have increase my exercise to 45-65 minutes (Zumba) 5-6 times a week. I am eating my exact calories or less and NO WEIGHT LOSS. I have been doing this for 3-4 weeks. Prior to this, I was eating whatever I wanted and didn't exercise at all. What am I doing wrong?
