I love this threat, but I can't contribute. I love so many songs, I can't pick just one... I feel overwhelmed.*LOL*

There are so many songs that I like and that fit me.....but I guess my anthem for right now "Strip Me" by Natasha Bedingfield
I am normally not a huge fan of hers, but this song just speaks volumes....

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vnhDIGTldho

Everyday I fight for all my future somethings
A thousand little wars I have to choose between
I could spend a lifetime earning things I don't need
That's like chasing rainbows and coming home empty

And if you strip me, strip it all away
If you strip me, what would you find
If you strip me, strip it all away
    I'll be alright

Take what you want steal my pride
Build me up or cut me down to size
Shut me out but I'll just scream
I'm only one voice in a million
But you ain't taking that from me
You ain't taking that from me
You ain't taking that from me
You ain't taking that from me
    You ain't taking that!

    I don't need a microphone yeah
To say what I've been thinking
My heart is like a loudspeaker
    That's always on eleven

And if you strip me, strip it all away
If you strip me, what would you find
If you strip me, strip it all away
    I'm still the same

Take what you want steal my pride
Build me up or cut me down to size
Shut me out but I'll just scream
I'm only one voice in a million
But you ain't taking that from me
You ain't taking that from me
You ain't taking that from me
You ain't taking that from me
    You ain't taking that!

Cause when it all boils down at the end of the day
It's what you do and say that makes you who you are
Makes you think about, think about it doesn't it
Sometimes all it takes is one voice

Take what you want steal my pride
Build me up or cut me down to size
Shut me out but I'll just scream
I'm only one voice in a million
But you ain't taking that from me
You ain't taking that from me
You ain't taking that from me
You ain't taking that from me
    You ain't taking that!

    Dani- I love "Strip me"

I know this is ridiculous but when I want to get in a good mood I alwayssss play "play that funky music white boy" haha

When im at the gym and Im on the elliptical or something, I usually turn on Netflix on my phone and watch an episode from a show or comedian or something- i dont even realize how much time has passed.

Since I'm such a geek, all my friends have deemed the song Nrrrd Grrrl by MC Chris as my official anthem.
And I mean a real geek... like I read comics, play video games, and D&D.

watch me shine by Joanni Pacinni (i think thats how you spell her name) you all probably remember the song from Legally Blonde when Elle is in the bunny suit waiting to pay for her laptop and she decides she is going to prove that she is bad *kitten* to all those that think she is a ding dong!

The Middle by Jimmy Eat World. Reminds me I've got it under control, others' opinions of me are not supremely important, and that a little patience never killed anyone. :)
there are others, but this one always applies.
    Loving this thread.!!

As annoying as she is in that movie, it's one of my favorites to watch. Every time it's on TV, I always sit down and watch it.

My sister has given me a song that describes me now...

    Max-A-Million -- Fat Boy

But, I'm going to change all that!

The topic below got me thinking so what is your theme song for life?
You know the one that always gets you going. That's lyrics speak to you. That you blast at the gym or cheer yourself up with on a rough day!

Mine hands down is the Moto Blanco remix of Mary J Blige's "Just Fine"

Awesome happy dancey track with amazing lyrics - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvHmNPSSMTE&feature=fvw

Ok - I do have one equalizer.

I take pride in my integrity as a man. My parents taught me to return two favors back when soemone lends a hand to me. The song that best describes me is...Boston's - To Be A Man...

The will to give and not receive
The strength to say what you believe
The heart to feel what others feel inside
To see what they can see

A man is something that's real
    It's not what you are
    It's what you can feel
    It can't be too late
To look through the hate and see
I know that's what a man can be

My current theme songs are more like self-rally songs: James Brown's I Got You (I Feel Good) or Queen's We Are The Champions. They're nowhere in my playlist, but if I hear either one I dance a little.

My playlist is a lot of Stone Roses, Primal Scream, Depeche Mode and Chemical Brothers. I could exercise to that music for infinity. Especially Chemical Brothers - that always gets my motor revving.
