Ideas for super quick, on the go, healthy breakfast

I am usually rushing in the morning and am in need of quick on the go breakfast ideas that is still healty. I have resorted to low calorie granola bars but still think that it has too much sugar than I want. Any Ideas???? Also I would love more friends who are commited to losing weight!

    At the moment I mix a scoop of protein powder into porridge oats, then just add water.

    Right now it's either an english muffin with PB or oatmeal made with almond milk, cinnamon, raisins, and stevia. I do my makeup while the eng muffin is in the toaster or oatmeal is in the mircowave so no precious morning time is wasted. :)

    A muffin with PB, can't get much quicker than that either. Taste great and healthy too

    Protein bar!
    Clif "Builder" bars have a nice balance of protein, carbs, and fat for me personally.

    Hard boiled eggs & fruit for a good protein/carb balance.

    cnp do a good peanut protein bar.

    Sorry to go on about peanuts but for me its a great treat instead of chocolate!!
