Sounds so yummy! I need to get more protein in - I always seem to want oats or cereal though!

Anti-ballistic missile coffee. It's a cup of butter with a tablespoon of coffee blended in.

I've been making variations of these… SOO good. Just pop in the microwave in the morning.

Today mine has peppers, onions and spinach in it. You can put virtually anything in them!

I had pancakes so it doesn't fit the bill.

But I make a lot of crustless quiches. Just 4 eggs, 200g of egg whites, 1/2 cup of cheese, whatever meat I want (it's best with ham and sausage though), 60g of onions, 150g of peppers. Stir fry the onions and peppers, add the sausage for a minute, put in a sprayed dish (I put the ham in there first), add the cheese then the egg mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 1/4 is like 200 calories and 20g of protein.

Mmmmmmmmmm I love this post! LOL I didn't have high protein today but I will post what I had yesterday:

I had overnight oats with strawberries and blueberries and a coffee. Here is the recipe for my overnight oats:

    1/4 cup Quaker 1-minute oats
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I used Silk)
1 fat strawberry (it was really fat LOL)
    5 blueberries
    1 tbsp organic agave
    1 tsp cinnamon

I also had an egg white scramble which is just 1/2 cup egg whites (about 3) 1/2 clove garlic, 1/4 shallot, 2 tbsp chopped white onions, 2 tbsp chopped green pepper, a little bit of sharp cheddar and I also had 2 pieces of low sodium Butterball turkey bacon.

Eight hundred variations on the omlette, basically, thought I usually just have plain eggs.

    4x Omega 3 , 5x Egg whites.

When I remember to on the weekends I will cook up mushrooms, chicken/turkey sausage, peppers, and onions in a large batch. very easy to throw on the pan for a few minutes to heat before the eggs, and easy-peasy tasty omlette.
