Avocados, full fat yogurt, good quality oils like olive and coconut, or full fat coconut milk for that matter are all great ways to add fat to your diet.

Olives and Avocados, I know you said no nuts, but what about spreads, like peanut butter, almond butter, etc? Cook with olive oil and coconut oil - I also use them in dressing on salads. I have made my own version of spreadable butter - 1/2 butter softened and 1/2 olive oil, mix together well and keep in a tupperware in the fridge - it's sorta spreadable and I use it on toast and stuff.

Use a fatter cut of meat rather than the leanest - you can also use dairy for fats - don't buy low fat cheese, yogurt, milk, if you need the extra fats.

That's all I can think of. Good luck.

Loads of ways to up tour fat.

Cook your veggies in butter (they taste great)

Use extra virgin olive oil for everything.

If you like steak - don't go for the lean cuts go for the fattier cuts (they taste better and they're normally cheaper).

    Coconut oil, milk, butter.

    etc

The only fat you need to avoid is trans fat. I personally eat a diet high in sat fat (and yes sat fat is not the baddie everybody THOUGHT is was).

    Good luck.

I have an issue getting enough fat as well, but I do like nuts. Do you like avocado? If so, try it!

Avocados, olive oil, and peanut butter are my "go-to" fatties.

Stick with the whole plant based fats, as opposed to oils. Avocados are awesome, as has been said. Chia seeds blend really well into a smoothie. Toasting a few sesame seeds and tossing them on your salad is delicious. Baby coconuts are delicious. Olives are great, but often too salty for my tastes the way they are prepared, but people love 'em.

Get plain yogurt and put your fruit in it to sweeten it, and just a little bit of honey if you need a little extra.

It's not a waste of calories if you need more fat, and no, it's not bad fats.
I roast my veggies in olive oil and it's delicous. It's not a waste of calories. I make it fit.

Butter is not bad fats especially if you shell out for the grass fed type.

How about fish or eggs? Fish like salmon and tuna is loaded with good fats.

Oily fish - sardines, tuna and salmon
    Avocados, olives
nut butters esp coconut butter and coconut oil. Olive oil as a salad dressing
butter butter and butter - definately not a bad fat. The only bad fats are those that are made in factories such as margerine and transfats
good quality cuts of meat - eg scotch fillet
    chicken with the skin on
    duck fat for cooking
    seeds
    eggs

Have you tried macadamia nuts? Sooooo goooood!
