I had no idea I had it in me to actually accomplish goals I set for myself. I've always said that I wanted to run for 30min without stopping, but once I really did it, I felt like a fool for not doing it sooner.0

strictly weight loss is so dependent on calories in vs. calories out. it really is that simple.0 -
