Losing the last bit.

I was at one point very overweight. I lost a lot of it but I have around 20-30 left to go and no matter what I do I just cannot seem to get it off. Both pictures on my profile are of me after I lost the weight and most people see me and think I should not lose any. But, when the clothes come off there it is. I workout like crazy, I run 5-10 miles a day, do P90X, Atkins all of it. I simply cannot seem to get the last part of it off. Any ideas?

    Possibly try IF? I do 5:2 and it's doing the job!

    You're a handsome man:tongue: Do think about making your food log open so people can help you properly. Sounds to me like you are eating more than you should but can't see.

    I know it's hard the closer to goal you get. I got to goal and then decided I'm good enough so put a bit back on. Tough!

    Well thank you. I just joined today and I have nothing to put in there as of yet. I will try to figure out how soon.
