Android running app to help maintain speed

I've started training for a 5k.
Are there any android apps that will give audio alerts to:
1. Periodically tell the time or distance that you've been running for
2. Allow you to set a target speed and warn if you've gone above or below it
So far I've only been running on a treadmill; but I plan on running outdoors starting this weekend; and it would be nice to have some way of knowing if I've inadvertently slowed down or sped up

I think I'll probably try Runkeeper out for a while.0

Runkeeper, Digifit, Mapmyrun ... all have settings for voice feedback during your run. My primary is Digifit which has options for alerting you when you transition between pace zones, feedback at specified time and/or distance intervals, etc.0
