Need help

I am all over the place. I had lost 20 lbs on Jenny Craig and gained back 10. :(

I want to exercise. I bought 30 day shred. I have Hip Hop abs and I want to get Just Dance and/or Zumba for Wii. I'll probably get the Just Dance first.

I don't know what to do when or how to structure a workout.

Please help me figure this out, if I have a plan, I will be able to follow it.
