How many calories in a...?

So today is my Birthday party and instead of a cake, we got an * inch Fruit Tart From whole foods :D

Does anyone know how many calories in a 3 oz serving? I tried to search it but got so many different asnwers

    Thanks! I have found sources saying basically 150-600 calories... dunno what to put!

    It will depend on the type of crust, fruit and filling used. A thick custard filling is going to have way more calories than a whipped cream filling or light syrup coating the fruit. A pie crust and graham cracker crust are going to have different amounts of calories as well. And different fruits have varying amounts of calories. I'd look online for a recipe that has ingredients similar to the ones in your tart and that gives nutritional information. Or, if you can't find one with nutritional info, just upload a recipe that is similar into MFP.

    Okay so the whole foods site said 620 cals per serving! And thats for a 193g serving... which is like 6.5 oz? did i do the math correct?
