Week one, and I'm really impressed. I 've lost 7 lbs in the first week. I love the iPhone app. crossing my fingers for what's ahead.:happy:

    Well done! We hope you are doing it the right way, Its a healthy Lifestyle not a diet. The 7 lbs is an exception & probably not duplicated!
    Need at least 1200 cal a day,more if adding exercising! Body needs fuel to lose weight, hopefully not starving yourself or body will go into starvation mode & work against you eventually.
