I'm 5'6" and a large frame. I carry a majority of my weight in my thighs, but at 140 (in HS) I was in size 7 jeans, tight, but okay for comfort.0

Cw 135lbs size 6 small/medium frame. I was a size 6 at 140lbs as well the size 6 just looks better now. I am a size 5 around 125lbs. If i built up my lean muscle mass I would probably be a size 4/5 at 135lbs biggest part is thigh muscle.0 -
Hi I'm 140 currently my height is 5'5" and I would say I'm hourglass shape. I'm mainly in 8's some times I can squeeze into a 6 or have to go to a 10 for things like bathingsuits.0

I am only 5'-2" tall, but when I was 140, I was wearing a 6. At 134 now, still wearing some 6's and 4's.0

I'm 5'2 and 140lbs now and I'm a M/L on top and a 9/12 on bottom. (12 being high-rise things.) I don't think my body can physically get down to a small, no matter how much weight I lose, because I have a large rib cage. Everyone distributes weight differently.0

I am just under 5'4, when I was a 140 I wore a size 8 or a size 10. Dresses I was a 6 or an 8.
I'm about 20 pounds less now but my size has dropped pretty significantly I am now a 0 or a 2 in pants/shorts and a 00 or XS in dresses because so much of my weight came off my top half. But I find sizes can vary quite a bit from brand to brand and store to store. Also "Junior's" sizes are generally made for girls that don't quite have curves yet, at least in the smaller sizes so I find I fit much easier into misses or women's sizes which do account for hips/butt.
I still love when places go my waist size since that is a more standard number, I also prefer to measure my progress that way. I went from a 32 inch waist at 140 to a 24.5 inch waist at 120ish.
Thighs went from like 23.5 to 19.5 within the last 6 months with my weight changing much. My initial weight loss wasn't done on MFP0 -
i believe i was a size 9 and im 5'30

I'm 5'3" and wore around a size 5-7 (depending on the jeans) at that weight. As far as shirts, I could wear a medium,as long as it wasn't a button down. That may seem odd at my height, but I was in really great shape. haha0

I'm 5'5, currently a hair above 140, and anywhere from a tight size 2 to a baggy 10, depending on the clothes. Mostly 4 or 6.
However, when I didn't lift weights and had less muscle mass, I was 8-10-12 at 140-ish. Yay for lifting!0 -
