I'm eating gluten free pasta and want to know, for tracking purposes, do I measure it uncooked or cooked?

Pasta is best weighed uncooked because it never seems to absorb the same amount of water twice in a row.
This is more difficult when you cook the pasta for more than one person, in which case I tend to weigh it all uncooked and all after cooking to get an accurate figure for the difference0 -
Perfect, thanks for letting me know!0

Always weigh it uncooked.
And if cooking for multiple people, the trick is to weigh it all dry, then weigh it cooked and divide by the portions.0 -
