Hey everyone.

Was curious on how you enter your walking workouts in for tracking? I didn't now how brisk is to enter it? Some suggestions please?

    I do Leslie! I went to www.caloriesperhour.com it's a site that takes your body weight, how FAR you went and how LONG it took you and tells you how many calories you burned! Hope this helps!

    I log it as Walking 3.0 moderate for the 1 mile and 4.0 for the 2 mile.

    I have one of her DVDs. I haven't done it in a while but it has about 5 different levels of walking. So it would be like judging the beginners level as easy to more advanced as "brisk."

    I do her 2 mile walk in 30 minutes, so that is 4 miles per hour.
