Biggest loser cardio max

I am thinking of getting the biggest loser cardio max DVD my only question is that is this considered circuit training or something else?? When I go to put it in I want to make sure to put the right thing in.

    I don't have it, but from reading reviews, it doesn't seem like it is in a circuit format. Essentially, it is three short workouts that can be combined. Just go to amazon.com and read the reviews. Looks like a good workout, but not in the circuit training format.

    best way to log is to wear a hear rate monitor and then youd know how much you were burning :)
