Rushfit advice needed

Hi,
I just bought the Rushfit DVD program. I will take the assessment tomorrow but it doesn't seem clear to me what metrics should be used to determine my starting point. I don't know if I should do beginner or intermediate. I am a 45 year old male who was not morbidly obese but definitely out of shape. I just finished the "Biggest Loser Boot camp" 6 week course. I lost 10 lbs, but I still need to loose 15 to get to my target weight. I have some difficulty doing the whole 1 hr boot camp DVD without pausing to catch my breath... but I finish.

Should I start with Rushfit's beginner program or try Intermediate?

    I would start with the beginner program. After the first week if you find it's too easy (I find it really challenging) you can switch to the intermediate. Enjoy your work out! Rushfit is awesome!
