Bloating help (could it be gluten?)

So basically I'd wake up in the morning with a flat stomach and would finish the day looking like a pregnant woman. I eat a healthy diet with a lot of vegetables. What do you think could be causing this? Thanks!

    Well, it *could* be gluten. Have you tried ditching gluten? p.s. if you do, watch out for the gluten-free processed stuff. It can have a lot of carbs and sugar in it. Good luck! :drinker:

    Could also be dairy. Most people have some level of lactose intolerance.

    Stupid question but would complex carbs such as sweet potatoes have the same bloating effect? Would it be necessary for me to cut out all major carbs or just gluten?

    Do you eat foods high in sodium? One effect from that, besides water retention, can be bloating. Have you tried upping your water intake?
