I maintain on about 2200/day net. Today I ran 25km so I'll be eating a total of about 3700 calories.
Also, lol at the person who says females need to eat 1400-1600. If I want to lose I drop my net calories to 1900-ish.0 -
MFP had me eating 1650 but I cut back to 1500 because I wasn't losing. I don't really exercise except walking but I don't count that because it is just every day activity like walking to pick my kids up at school.0

I'm currently set at 1300 a day, and try to make sure I eat over 1000 at the very least. Just starting counting, and I used to eat everything one day and pretty much nothing another, so.... I'm learning where I'm at. Once I loose a bit of weight, I want to add in a lot more strength training, so I might look to upping the intake at that point. But I'm a long way off.0

Between 1600-1900 on a typical day.. when I am getting my long bike rides in then around 2300 calories0

You are doing really well so far...congrats. You only have 16 more lbs to goal weight - keep doing what you're doing and be patient.
If you aren't losing - maybe play with your macros (ie: more protein, etc) and if that doesn't work try dropping your food intake a bit but probably not much since you have such a high exercise deficit (I would probably try maybe 100 or 150 less)
No expert though.0 -

Usually 1500-1800 depending on my activity...losing 1 pound/week.0

You're eating too much, men can eat less when loosing weight. Id say 1400-1600 cals.
GTFO
That's what starts eating disorders. She's doing great.0 -

2000-3000 per day (1700 net) to lose gradually.
Not sure my maintenance. But I am tall.0 -
Right now its.....
Sun/Mon/Wed/Thur/Fri 3100 calories
Tues/Sat 600 calories0 -
I'm averaging 1685 since new years, but I'm trying to go down a bit, since I don't do much exercize... This past week I've averaged on 1411, so it's good
Before I started logging to lose weight I ate about 1900, and was sloooowly losing some, though I think that's almost maintance levels for me (though I'm a bit more active now). It's funny, because my brother is losing weight too, and he thinks 1400 cal is very very very little, where for me, it's about a 500cal less than my "almost maintance". But he did eat 4500 at his maintance, and is losing a lot on 2500, soooo(he's 6'6" and very very active, for reference)

I eat ~1800 a day. Sometimes more if I have a really hard workout, sometimes less if it's a rest day. CW: 160 GW: 1350

1600kcal net, which is between 1800 - 2400 kcal gross, depending on how active I am that day. Still losing around 1.4lb a week (I hope - the scales haven't been kind this week...)0
