50lbs gone, only 10 left!

Woo hoo! in the past year and a half I have drop 50lbs and from a size 14/16 to a solid size 6. I would like to lose about 10 more pounds but if I don't I won't complain :) I tried on some swimming suits today (spring break is in a week) at first i was really disappointed in how i looked. But I went back to look on how much I have changed and WOOOWWWW. Even since last fall I see a subtle difference. Still not sure if I will be flaunting the bikini at the pool just yet, but I need to be proud of what I have accomplished thus far.

Always you remember, YOU are worth it, YOU can do it, and if you get discouraged take a look back and bask in all of your progress, even the small steps.

    Hey, I just wanted to say congrats! I just started this and just counting calories makes me want to eat less to make my goal. You're doing great! I hope I'm successful like you!
