    Try either of these:

    1. Usda - Grilled Chicken Breast-no Skin-boneless
    2. Generic - Grilled Chicken Breast Per Usda

They match up with the USDA per grams entries, at about 42 calories an ounce.

    Nutrition info per ounce:
    Calories 43
    Total Fat 1 g
    Saturated 0 g
    Polyunsaturated 0 g
    Monounsaturated 0 g
    Trans 0 g
    Cholesterol 29 mg
    Sodium 15 mg
    Potassium 111 mg
    Total Carbs 0 g
    Dietary Fiber 0 g
    Sugars 0 g
    Protein 9 g

    Vitamin A 0%
    Vitamin C 0%
    Calcium 0%
    Iron 0%

ETA nutrition info and another entry.

I would assume that if you weighed it then there isn't a need to guess it's not what it weighed at....

If I weigh something and it says a pound I'm going to call it a pound. No need to second guess or you will stress yourself and go nuts.

I just use the entry that says USDA chicken breast 6 oz. 8 oz is 1.33 servings... 10 oz is 1.67, etc, etc...
