Cinnamon!!! A great substitute for brown sugar on oatmeal.
The health benefits of soy milk (and any soy product) are deceiving. Unless you are eating soy beans (aka edamame) you're eating a very processed and refined version of soy. Stay away!0 -

Soy really is not that bad unless you are having a lot of it (as with any food). Just get the non genetically modified, and preferably organic soy products. Processed soy "fillers" in your regular food (such as soy lecithin) are what you should really focus on avoiding. Read your labels! Or just eat natural food0 -
