The weight has come off since I started using MFP daily to track my food..I love keeping track now!
It has become way easier to stick to 1200 calories..I usually add back a portion of my exercise calories..but not all of them.
I also have been doing taekwondo 3 to 4 times per week. And I try to do another 2 workouts per week of either Jillian Micheals or Jackie Warner..love those dvds! When it was still nice out I also walked about 12km's a week.

So..my next mini goal is 20 pounds...and then it will be a final goal of 10 pounds!

I feel so good right now :bigsmile:

    You looked great before and after. And you can tell a difference, definately, but what really sticks out is the twinkle in your eye. You just look truely and genuinely happy in the after one.
