Hi, my name is Valerie and I am very new to this site. I think I put my weight on after I quit smoking, I was a size 8 for years and now I'm a size 20 and hate it. I am going to try and get on biggest loser. In July 2008 I was still a size 8, its like I blow up over nite. I don't eat enough food, but if your not hungrey, should you eat? Thanks~0

Yes you should eat. However, it should be a small amount. Our bodies hold on to fat for future energy use if we are are not eating enough. Eating small portions several times a day, keeps us in a calorie burning mode as well as ignite our metabolism. Keep Up The Good Work!!0
