I have used MFP in the past with success, but, after losing heart, I gave up. This time I'm back with a new name and new attitude. I'm hoping to get lots of support in helping me reach my goal weight.

I've always be curvy, and I like being that way. I don't have any desire to be skinny or have a thigh gap. I just want to feel good in my body, like I did years ago.

I don't have any health issues, like diabetes or high blood pressure, and I'd like to keep it that way. I do shift work, working 11-7, 4 nights per week. I do have bad ankles, so that keeps me from running. But, recently, I just started line dancing in my living room for exercise, and it is working.
