Optimum protein powder has less bad stuff in it. It's def a lighter protein powder thn others but
Awesome cuz carbs n fats are low and protein is good:-)

so far I've been fairly consistent with this recipe, though I think I'm going to add a scoop of protein powder with the hope it will carry me to lunch.

1 Banana, green, yellow, brown, whatever we have
    4-5 frozen strawberries
4oz Activia lowfat yougurt, whatever flavor is closes to the front of the fridge
    3-4 oz of skim milk

    blend till smooth

Also, this is by far the best blender for people on the go.

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017XHSAE

it doesn't have the power of a blendtec or ninja, but it makes up for it in convenience and cost.

I have a "my smoothie recipe" on my page you can take a look - it is quite yummy - when I change ingredients (ie: usually the fruit I just go and edit it) I can't really help you on the protein powders I am just using one I bought in passing and haven't really researched them sorry.

    This morning:

About a cup and a half of milk, a banana, a scoop of chocolate protein powder, and a vigorous extended shaking of cinnamon. It was divine...

I'm looking for protein powders to add to my green smoothie that don't leave a powdery taste in my mouth. Yuck!
