I just made an amazing thing I am really enjoying. See I love huge portions and I found a way to eat myself into exhaustion while only consuming 180 calories. Sounds super simple but it tastes so good and is fun to eat.
Take 3 cups of broccoli.. 2 cups of chopped carrots... boil water.. throw veggies in pot.. add cyan pepper to taste and ground black pepper and sea salt and oregano.. wait till veggies are sort of soft.. strain them and save the broth.. throw veggies in blender and add the stock to the blender just a little till its liquidy.. add a lil more sea salt to taste..
and your done.. you have a huge massive bowl of great tasting soup that will keep you full and cost you virtually no cals.. I am so glad I tried this!
