Thanks so much for starting this post! I have been logging food and exercise for for about a week, then got sick and took a couple days off, but getting back on it today. I only knew about the app, didn't know about the online community/website so I have sent out some friend requests thanks to your post and I'm looking forward to getting some much needed support. :-D0

Hey! I'll add you, and you can feel free to add me. I log in almost every single day; I've decided to allow myself one or two days a week where I don't track what I eat or my workouts (still eating well, etc., just not writing it down) because I can get reeeeally obsessive about calorie tracking, and I'm trying to avoid that. But 5-6 days a week I log in, and I'm trying to get more active in the forums and stuff too. (I just started tracking again this month, so I'm starting out, haha.)0
