Hi! I've logged in everyday since I started 15 days ago! I love MFP so far! I've been using Hip Hop Abs for cardio 5 - 6 days a week and walk about 2 miles on the days I don't. So far have lost about a 1.5 lb. but I'm more interested in the measurement taking that I plan to do on day 30 to compare to day 1. I'll be happy to be your friend!0
