I'm curious to see how effective weightlifting is in making people look smaller/tighter. I love it, and I already know it helps a lot, but I came across an old pic of me that I took during my weight loss journey, and a pic of me now. How much weight would you guess I lost between these pictures?

    I have a friend that lifts (and other training) and she's only lost about 20 pounds but went from a size 24 to an 8/10....

    It is amazing at transforming the body.

    So I wouldn't be surprised if you had actually not lost that much. You look great.

    Your pics look like mine did, i looked just like your before and now im more like your after. I lost 40 lbs.
