So, for those of you who don't know me...well...everyone, I love sleep. I love sleep as much, if not more, than the next person. I'm not the biggest morning person but I'm coming around.
Last week I finally decided I was going to see how I felt about a 5 a.m. fitness class. I also knew that if I didn't pay for it in advance, I'd choose snooze over my health, so I took the leap and booked it.
Man am I happy I did!!! I KILLED my 5 a.m. cycle class this morning. KILLED it!!! I have felt pretty good all day even though I didn't realize 4:30 a.m. still existed.
So, for my Tuesday NSV, I marked a 5 a.m. fitness class off my fitness bucket list! :drinker:
What was your NSV today?!

That's awesome! I love the early morning workouts. The first step out of bed is the worst, but the workout keeps you energized all day! Keep it up!
My NSV today:
I had the worst sleep last night. I woke up at 3:00am completely congested and coughing up a storm. It was 4:45 when I looked at my clock last before falling back asleep. I still got up at 5:30 to do my workout. Usually, I'd make excuses and take the extra half hour of sleep, even though I know exercise will clear my sinuses. I'm 3 days away from finishing the 30 day shred, not giving up now!0 -
That is awesome great job!!!
Mine is that even though I went out and partied last night. I jumped right back in with eating right this morning. No work out, but lots of housework. Laundry, grocery shopping, made dinner. All that good stuff.0 -

Yesterday was my first one THAT early. Husband and I have been doing 545-600 workouts on MWF, but 430 came early! lol.
That is a NSV to be extremely proud of!!! I would've wanted to sleep as well so kudos for taking that first step out of bed! And no way you can stop now! The end is too close!0 -

Thank ya!!
Good job! That's something that has been completely different for me this time around. Bad days or weekends or meals or whatever aren't a hindrance to me. They happen and I get over it. I wipe the slate clean and just start over. When I tried before, they would derail me for days or weeks or even longer but this time, it happens.0 -

What a fantastic post. Congratulations on improving your life and taking the challenge of changing who you are. I can hear the enthusiasm in your voice as you wrote that post. A good friend on mine on here turned me onto this quote; "If you don't change anything, nothing changes." Sounds like you figured out the same thing. Thanks for the inspiring post.0
