Friends wanted

Hi all. I used to be on here regularly but haven't for many months. Well I'm moving abroad to work in 7 weeks time.....so determined to get myself in gear before then. Today I've joined a gym on temporary contract and am going to use this site daily. I'd love some support and motivation.....so please please add me as a friend x

    Hi! First of all, congratulations on the weight loss and the job! Going abroad is going to be such a fabulous experience!

    With your weight loss, you know to journal all of your food, water and exercise. Just looking at it keeps me in check most days. I have the app on my phone so that as soon as I turn it on, it's staring at me! :)

    Exercise has been key for me. I exercise every single day - even if it's just a 20 minute walk through the snow (I live in Michigan - we have snow up to our windows!). Some days are heavy (90 minutes of HIIT), and some days are very light - I try to mix them up.

    I am looking for motivation and support as well. Here's my motivational quote for today for you:

    "The body you get by achieving your fitness goals is as important as the person you become by achieving your goals."
