Calisthenics? light/moderate vs vigorous

What is the difference between calisthenics light/moderate and calisthenics vigorous...all at home, if that makes a difference???? I use 3lb weights with over half my exercises. I do lunges, 3 different squats, 4 different crunches and 2 standing crunches, side planks, pelvic thrust, air bike, jack knifes, kick backs, hip thrust and one legged. ...a total of about 26 different ones and sometimes add reverse plank, reverse fly and curls, wall press and other bicep curls to finish off my exercises. I do anywhere from 10 to 40 of each depending on how much time I have that day but on average about 20 of each.
I don't know how to log them and I really want to be fair to myself. Please, anyone?????

The difference is what your heart rate is while doing it.
