Sweet potatoes are loaded with A. I was also surprised at how much vitamin C bell peppers have.0

Kale has a ton of Vitamin A, C, and calcium. Add a few cups of it to a smoothie every morning with some frozen fruit and almond milk.0

Cream of wheat + spice + sweetener is a great source if calcium and iron.
Beef liver is both cheap and full of iron. I know it's not the best looking meat, but I love the flavor. A weeks worth of meat for under $5. :drinker:0 -
Thank you all!0
