Hi! Looking for some motivation and tips to lose 50+ lbs

Hi everyone,

I am Mariah from Canada. I am 25 years old and currently weigh 210 lbs. My goal is to be around 140-150 lbs. I would like to also tone up and get some muscle. I feel weak, tired, fatigued all day. I gained weight when I was 21. I was 130 lbs then. I haven't been able to lose any weight since university and having kids.

I need some motivation. I was pretty athletic growing up as a kid and in high school. I am thinking of working out at home. I cannot decide on either Insanity, P90X or ChaLean Extreme. I am currently walking/running in intervals for 10 mins and then doing the 7 minute workout at least 3 days a week (starting off).

Any tips would be appreciated. I am a weight loss noobie. Thanks everyone! :)
