    Sorry for re-posting this, but I couldn't edit my post to fit an image into this forum.

    I finally managed to break my goal that I set for myself 3 years ago! I just made sure I ate right and worked out really hard. Took a lot of effort and I gave up many times on the way. All you need is motivation

      You look awesome, good for you! That is basically it for me as well. Lots of exercise and no fad/low carb/starvation diets anymore. Just calories in/calories out. You look like you have age on your side and let me give you some unsolicited advice; it is so much harder to get off 90 pounds (in my case) when you are 40-something vs. when you are younger I would imagine though I didn't have a weight issue when I was younger. Congrats!
