Am I doing enough Cardio and/or Weight Training??

I am 115 pounds and work out about 3-5 times a week. I mix up insanity workouts with some weight training at the gym. I am noticing small results in my arms/shoulders/back etc, but am lacking the results in my stomach and legs. Should I be incorporating more cardio throughout the week or upping some of my weights? I have started to up my weights in a few areas, but there are still some that I struggle to complete a full set with. Also, I am not sure if I should be eating more protein to get better results. Please help!

at 115 you likely dont have much to lose. how long have you been on this program. i am assuming you are trying to get toned, so results will take you a couple of months and that will include paying strict attention to your diet. to really tone up and improve definition you have to reduce your bodyfat which is diet specific. are you squatting? i try to keep the protein at .75 - 1 gram of protein/lb of bodyweight. again, you will need to keep good stats on your diet.
if you are seeing small results keep going for a while, play with your diet a bit if thats not spot on and give yourself a couple solid months of consistency in both training and diet and see how you look. it sounds like you just need a few tweaks and not an overhaul. leg results = squats or lunges abs = diet to see the muscle and then ab exercises to make the abs sharper... keep the weight as heavy as you can handle and still complete your sets and once thats easy add weight.

What's your goal? Lose weight? Gain? Maintain? Get stronger? Get toned? Etc.

I am about 5'3. I am not trying to any lose weight, but just really tone up my body especially in the stomach/butt/legs.
Currently, I eat between 80-100 grams of protein a day. I think that is what I am lacking...the amount of protein I am consuming in order to see the results. How much should I be consuming on a daily basis?
I tend to do really well on my diet, but feel that I should maybe be eating more. Right now my daily calories consumed are somewhere between 1200-1400.0 -
If you can up your weights, keeping proper form, I would do that.0
