I'm New!!

Hello everyone! I'm excited that I found myfitnesspal because it actually has the food I eat in the database! I don't really know where to set my goal tho. I'm 5'3" and 121, just a little too flabby. I think i don't need to lose too much weight but just tone up. I put 113 as my goal weight tho and I'm given 1200 calories a day? Anyone think I should change this and be eating more?

    you should probably eat more than that. Did you tell them you are active? Are you active?

    My only exercise currently is about 15 minutes with my exercise ball three times a week. I should probably up that and then I can eat more right
