    I always read the success stories to help keep me motivated, I have to be honest I'm not doing very well this week but after looking at your pics I can feel the determination coming back.

    The hardest part is when you mess up once and then after that you feel so bad about yourself and you just keep on messing up. I think I really started to lose when I decided to workout 6 times a week without an excuse and limiting myself from overeating.
