    I'm in too! I've lost 9 pounds since January 1st but now I seem to have ground to a halt...though I have my cheat days and last week was my birthday week :-)

    I love to run so that's my exercise...I'm marathon training at the mo after running one last year and loving it ( before the pounds piled on!).

    I've got 7 pounds to go!

    Could do with some encouragement and will be on hand to offer lots too :-)

    I try not to weigh myself, i check in with my dr monthly and the weigh me there, but i do usually weigh the day before so i know what to expect. I have been really on it the past 2 weeks i hope this means i am making progress
