    my second month in this journey is being a bit difficult....
    In February, I was seeing 1-2 lbs result each week, but in this month, the number just keeps jumping back up and back down with no real progress. Give me a shout if you're as frustrated as I am!

    this happened to me last month. i ended up only losing 2lbs in Feb. But the plateau must be over because i am losing again in March! Just keep at it! :)

    Happy birthday to me! I finally dropped a pound this morning :) such a good feeling. I really, really hope everyone else is getting good feelings as a reward for their effort too. Come on guys, nearly at this month's finish line - let's see March out with a bang!
