    my second month in this journey is being a bit difficult....
    In February, I was seeing 1-2 lbs result each week, but in this month, the number just keeps jumping back up and back down with no real progress. Give me a shout if you're as frustrated as I am!

    this happened to me last month. i ended up only losing 2lbs in Feb. But the plateau must be over because i am losing again in March! Just keep at it! :)

    Happy birthday to me! I finally dropped a pound this morning :) such a good feeling. I really, really hope everyone else is getting good feelings as a reward for their effort too. Come on guys, nearly at this month's finish line - let's see March out with a bang!

    I started 30 day shred last week and weight lost halted. Fact gained .6 of a pound. Yesterday and today are the only times I saw a downward movement in the scale. I had feared I would have been ending the week with a negative lost. Didn't bother me a HUGE lot (maybe small lie :smile: ) cause I saw a lot of difference in measurements. So happy today when I saw the 1 pound loss!!

    Loss for the month: 2.6 lbs. Five pounds seems like a really really long ways off! :(

    So, not the kind of loss I was hoping for, as I have been pushing exercise and watching every calorie this week; however, it is still a loss, so I'm going to try to keep on keeping on. Need a BIG last week to reach five pounds gone for the month! I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.........
