Hi I am fairly new to this program... started about 2 years ago, gave up because it was so confusing and just made me focus on food more! lol... so I quit and...drum roll... gained weight! :cry: NOW, I am back and eager to do this for life so I don't go up and down the scale, but am absolutely amazed that after my 3rd week, I have only lost 2 pounds. and that was the first week! I gained a couple ounces each week since. I stay under or at my goal and yet... no result. I NEED some advice! Am I eating wrong? Apparently, calories are not the only factor. I just added a brisk 35 minute walk to my goals (4 days a week to start with). My age may be an issue too... just turned 51, but that should not keep me from losing.

Also, I wish this program would have an option for listing steps we take each day. Even if it's not a brisk walk, I have a step counter on me and (including my 35 minute walk at lunch) have almost 4600 steps in one day. If there is such an option, let me know?:smile:
