Why do I always feel hungry even if I just ate?

I always feel super hungry after a meal even if I ate a lot. I also bloat up whenever I eat no matter the amount and it's getting really annoying walking around looking like I'm pregnant. Why do you think it's happening? I know it's not thirst because I'd literally drink a liter of water but the feeling of hunger is still there even though I know there's no way it actually could be. Thanks a ton.

It usually takes 30-ish minutes for your brain to register that you've eaten.
And if you eat too quickly, your mind can play tricks on you.
Try eating more slowly/mindfully.0 -
OK, not a doc, but it's quite possible the two symptoms are connected. Have you seen a doc about them. Certainly bloating after every meal ain't normal. Does the bloating happen no matter what the food (or drink)? If the bloating is "it depends", I'd recommend keeping a detailed food and symptom diary to see if you can spot any obvious food allergies (e.g., lactose intolerance).0

I agree with the response to eat slower and more mindfully. What are you eating? The right foods?
You may have a medical issue if everything does that to you....0
