Hello All! I am having trouble really understanding eating clean at 1200 calories versus macronutrients. I am looking for ways to hit my macros. I exercise 3-5 a week to support my weight loss journey. My BMR is 1792 and TDEE 2543. Please help. I feel like I eat enough every day I just want to be successful!
TY!

Your deficit looks very high, dial in a lower weight loss rate.
You can get any macronutrient split at any calorie level, % wise. 100g of protein is 1/3 of 1200 calories for example.0 -
With 41 lb. to lose, set your goal at 1 lb. per week. I use MFP's protein & fiber goals as minimums and ignore fat & carbs. It will take trial & error to find what works for you.
