In February, I was seeing 1-2 lbs result each week, but in this month, the number just keeps jumping back up and back down with no real progress. Give me a shout if you're as frustrated as I am!0 -

this happened to me last month. i ended up only losing 2lbs in Feb. But the plateau must be over because i am losing again in March! Just keep at it!0 -
