I'm 6 pounds away from GW 1!
Never the less, 46 pounds from UGW. :(
Need support guys!

Any weight loss tips?
So close but yet so far.

    Stats? Open your diary? Exercise routine? Give us a little more to work with, otherwise you're just going to end up with generic advice that you already know since you've lost 69 lbs.

    I just do two miles on the elliptical everyday. That's it. And I walk a mile. Dairy is open. But don't typically log exercise.

    Ok, help me out here. What's your weekly weight loss goal set to, and what is your daily calorie goal? Your diary calorie goal numbers for each day are all over the place. I know you are 5'6" from looking at your forum posts and in the 150s for CW, so you're currently in the healthy weight range that can make keeping large calorie deficits difficult.

    Are you weighing and measuring all your food using scale/cups?
