    Your photo has to be on the internet. If it is right click on the photo and click properties, then copy the address.

    Then place the address between two brackets - "img" should be in the first set and "/img" should be in the second.

    Sadly I haven’t chronicled my journey as well as y’all have but I must say you all look absolutely AWESOME! Some of you look like a completely different person. Over all I’m down around 40 pounds from last summer, I decide to get on track after people tried pushing me back into the water at the beach. Hopefully that will never happen again.
    Keep up the great work you all look STUNNING!!!

    Mine's a reverse, though since the last picture I've lost about ten pounds. My weight has fluctuated between the 175-187 range for over a year. At the moment I'm down to 178.7 pounds as of yesterday at the doctors office..

    February 2009 ( somewhere around 120-125 pounds) versus August 2013 (between 185-188 pounds).

    20 March 2014: 178.8 pounds. Ten or so pounds isn't much, but at least it's a start for me.

    Mine is a little reversed; thnest, heaviest, and current. Current is 171 with a lot more muscle and lower bodyfat.

    Mine didn't change that much other than I look much happier in the "after" pic smiling (sorry for the hipstamatic app, actual camera was dead but my hair was flippin awesome, it had to be done!)
