Hello all :)

Hope u r all well and working hard at being healthy :)

I joined ages ago in April and after about 3 months or so fell off the wagon *blush, blush*

I am now determined to give it a second chance to get into shape, sadly I am one of those people that is very easily bored.

Please send me your encouragement / wishes / tips / life stories as i really must lower my high cholesterol levels (so says the doctor! )

    Dieting can be really boring so try to incorporate some ways of mixing it up so you don't get too bored.

    For me, I try to set goals and use the ticker. I like seeing the minutes of exercise add up throughout the month.

    I also have a pile of index cards that contain the details of 14 different exercise days. When I am not sure what to do or I am bored I pick up the list and do one of them.

    Also, I like to try a new food once a week or so.

    I know that some people do better keeping everything the same but not me. I get frustrated if it is always the same. I start to feel sorry for myself.

    Welcome back, I have found the best thing to do is to make mini goals. When you reach them and exceed you feel great and keep going. Feel free to add me as a friend and I'll encourage you. You can do this.
