my second month in this journey is being a bit difficult....
In February, I was seeing 1-2 lbs result each week, but in this month, the number just keeps jumping back up and back down with no real progress. Give me a shout if you're as frustrated as I am!0 -

this happened to me last month. i ended up only losing 2lbs in Feb. But the plateau must be over because i am losing again in March! Just keep at it!0 -

I started 30 day shred last week and weight lost halted. Fact gained .6 of a pound. Yesterday and today are the only times I saw a downward movement in the scale. I had feared I would have been ending the week with a negative lost. Didn't bother me a HUGE lot (maybe small lie ) cause I saw a lot of difference in measurements. So happy today when I saw the 1 pound loss!!
