IIFYM

Hey everyone! I am currently recovering from an ED and am ALMOST weight restored (yay!!) I just started IIFYM a month ago and it's helped so much with realizing food should not be feared.
I just need help calculating what kind of exercise setting I should put for the macros. Currently, I have it as couch potato and then I just subtract my exercise in MFP, but I'm wondering if I should just set it to 6x/week (I do weight lifting 6x a week 30 min-60 min) and then don't subtract exercise.
I've also noticed an increase in appetite so I tend to go over my TDEE even when I put exercise in, which stresses me out a little bit, but I've just been trying to honor my body. I also set my weight in the IIFYM to my normal weight (about 5 lbs from where I am right now). I want to gain weight in muscle.
Also, is it worth it to get an IIFYM coach? I still struggle a little bit with food issues, but have been doing SO much better, but maybe an expert would be able to help me a little more.
I'm hesitant about getting a nutritionist in case they are adamant about me following THEIR food plan instead of IIFYM, which has been helping me SO MUCH this path month.
My height is 5 ft 1.5 in btw!

I've been following IIFYM for over a week now and as someone who used to be able to BLOW THROUGH her 1,740 calories a day, I am STRUGGLING to meet my macros. It's insane how, when I eat the appropriate amount of c/p/f, my body doesn't want anything else. I have no sugar cravings anymore, have no desire to binge eat. In fact, I am finding it difficult to even get to my macros. Every night I have to eat just a little something more to achieve perfect numbers.
(FYI: I am at 170 c/155 p/40 f on workout day, 155/155/35 on non-workout days.)
I began by following Krissy Mae Cagney (https://www.facebook.com/kmaecags?ref=br_tf ) - she is great! But I purchased assistance from Emily Mraule( https://www.facebook.com/emily.mraule?fref=ts&ref=br_tf ). She calculated my macros AND gave me a month of a workout plan. I am already feeling great.
I say get someone like one of the women above to help you. And follow them on IG and FB. Their advice and enthusiasm are motivating and helpful.
Best of luck to you.0 -
